Returns
Since our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for each customer, BENE™ is unable to accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective. We take pride in the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that something is wrong with your order, please contact us right away.
Return Conditions:
Items are eligible for return or exchange only if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
If the product is the wrong size, color, or item, we will offer a replacement or store credit as applicable.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective products that cannot be replaced. If a refund is granted, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges
